Nubd (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform built specifically with Bangladeshi users in mind. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and nubd.

One Account Policy

Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Using a false name, incorrect phone number, or fake identity is strictly prohibited. If any of your details change, please notify our support team.

Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Nubd supports multiple payment methods, including Mobile Pay and Nagad — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification (National ID or passport) may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, the withdrawal will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Bets placed using bonus money do not count toward wagering requirements — you must bet with winnings earned from the bonus.
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be forfeited.
• If the same person attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all bonuses and accounts will be cancelled.

Welcome Bonus

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except under special circumstances.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, stakes will be refunded in accordance with system-determined rules.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, nubd reserves the right to void that bet.
• The maximum bet amount per event varies depending on the market and event.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting (in-play betting). If odds change before confirmation, nubd will offer the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

Parlay & Combo Bets

You can combine multiple matches or events into a parlay bet. A full payout is only awarded if all selections are correct — a single incorrect outcome forfeits the entire bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nubd. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• Bots or Automation: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any match, or communicating with individuals involved in doing so, is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using nubd for money laundering or processing illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using the bonus system in a deliberate attempt to exploit it for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Accessing another user's account: Attempting to access another person's account without their permission is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to interfere with our security systems is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.

Nubd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without providing a reason. However, this action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Suspicious Transactions or Suspected Fraud
• If KYC information has not been verified
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Before an account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity.

To close your account yourself

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure.
